Booking and confirmation
A booking reference records your request. Your appointment is confirmed when the system shows Confirmed. Review your confirmation before travelling.
Cancellations
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% charge. Use the booking-management link in your confirmation or contact us.
Location and booking fees
Grand Central / 5th Avenue: $40 per patient-hour, prorated by duration.
Outcall: $40 per booking. Less than 3 hours ahead: $20 per booking.
Payments
The booking total is not a receipt. Where prepayment is required, staff must verify it before confirming the appointment. Payment processing is separate from this form; do not enter card numbers or security codes.
Choosing a time
Client start times are between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., New York time, subject to availability. The whole treatment must fit within the provider’s working period. Nutrition consultations are with Deanne.

Our services are professional wellness care. Share comfort preferences and relevant health considerations through the appropriate intake form. Exact arrival instructions are provided with your confirmed appointment.
Your booking information
We use contact and appointment details to arrange your visit and send booking messages. Relevant information is available to authorized staff. Do not send medical or payment-card information through the general enquiry form. Optional visit measurement uses a random browser ID and follows your privacy choice.
